What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the information you provide: name, email address, organisation, role and the content of your message. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Website analytics
Web analytics run on our own EU-hosted Matomo instance in cookieless mode: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and IP addresses are truncated before storage. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how this website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We honour the Do Not Track setting in your browser. Analytics data is never combined with contact-form data and never shared.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate fit for our private pilot, and follow up about Eidoscore. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Lawful basis
We process this data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our service).
Where it is stored
Personal data submitted through the website is hosted in the EU.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, after which it is deleted unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention.
