Vision

A European intelligence layer for the AI-answer era.

Search is moving from clicking links to reading answers. Those answers come from a curated set of sources we don’t control. Eidoscore is the layer that watches both the answers and the sources behind them, kept inside European jurisdiction and built on open-source components.

Brand perception is now made in places ordinary analytics doesn’t measure. AI assistants draw on a selected set of sources rather than the open web. Communities like Reddit and Telegram are where narratives, debates and misinformation take shape. An organisation can look strong on its own website while being invisible, misunderstood or under attack elsewhere.

Two principles follow, and they shape the whole product. First, monitoring has to sit alongside publishing, so the organisation can see what happens after content goes out. Second, the value is in meaning, not mention counts.

Eidoscore’s commercial form is a managed European narrative intelligence service for political organisations, NGOs, advocacy groups, public-affairs teams, agencies and reputation-sensitive businesses. The internal form gives operators early warning on misinformation and a clear view of where their topics are discussed.

Why now

Three shifts, arriving together.

Each of these would be manageable on its own. Together they move the place where reputation is decided out of view of every tool built for the previous decade.

The interface changed

Answers replaced links

A question that once returned ten links now returns four sentences. The reader stops there. Whatever those sentences say about an organisation is, for most people, the whole of what they learn.

The source set narrowed

A short list decides

Assistants do not read the open web at the moment of asking. They draw on a comparatively small set of sources that a model has learned to trust, and that set is self-reinforcing: being cited makes future citation more likely.

The ground moved

Communities became the substrate

Forums and public channels are no longer downstream of coverage; they are increasingly where framing is decided first, and where the language that later appears in an answer is written.

The consequence is specific rather than abstract. An organisation can hold a strong position on its own channels, publish consistently, and still be described to the people who matter most by sources it has never audited, in language it has never seen, at a moment it will not be told about.

Principles

What we believe, and what it costs us.

These are constraints rather than slogans. Each one rules out a feature that would be easier to sell.

Meaning over volume

A mention count tells you something happened. It cannot tell you whether the thing that happened was support, irony, hostility or a lead. We classify for meaning and attach the evidence, because the count on its own has never justified a decision.

Honest uncertainty

Language models return different answers to the same question on different days. Reporting a single confident score hides that. We run prompts repeatedly and report ranges, because a number you cannot defend in a meeting is worse than no number.

A person decides

Nothing leaves Eidoscore without a named approval. Automated publishing into a live political or reputational conversation is a category of risk we are not willing to hold on a client's behalf.

Governable by construction

European hosting, open-source components and an audit trail behind every decision. Intelligence about public conversation, political conversation especially, has to be explainable to a regulator or it should not be built.

Boundaries

What we will not build.

Worth stating plainly, because in this category the omissions say more than the feature list.

We do not monitor individuals

Topics and narratives, not people. Private accounts, closed groups and personal profiles are out of scope regardless of what a client would pay for them.

We do not claim attribution

We flag claims that show early spread characteristics, with evidence. We do not tell you a campaign is coordinated or who is behind it, because we cannot prove it and a confident guess is worse than an honest gap.

We do not publish on your behalf

Drafts, recommendations and routing, yes. Autonomous posting, no. The moment a tool speaks for an organisation without a person reading it first, the accountability is gone.

Roadmap

Where we are heading.

Direction, not fixed commitments.

  1. Today

A private pilot with design partners

We are working with a small group of design partners on AI-answer visibility and community monitoring, read for meaning rather than counted.

  2. Next

    Broader channel coverage

Deeper narrative analysis and additional sources, shaped by what pilot teams tell us actually changes a decision.

  3. Ahead

    Client workspaces and managed reporting

Multi-workspace support, managed intelligence reporting and additional channels where platform terms and compliance allow.
